This boot has a stack height of 10mm (not including the 3mm insole)

What is the heel to toe drop (in mm) in the Lems Boulder casual boot?

There is no heel to toe drop. Lems are the zero drop shoes that have a minimalistic design. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I'm really excited about full leather minimalist boots! Would these keep out water/slush/snow with some DWR coating or leather oil?

These are not waterproof. So it is the tongue and seams where the stitching would be that you would need to worry about. We would recommend to treat the leather for longevity regardless though.
