Will this work on the lid of a BD mission 45 pack? Will it fit size wise amd do those clips actually clip into the loops which would be on the lid? — 1 Answer

Unfortunately we do not have an answer here. The mission packs we are familiar with do not have lashing points on the outside of the top pocket. These are hooks, which are pretty small and meant to go on a dynema or smaller daisy chain(on Mammut packs). Let us know if you have any additional questions.
