What is the difference between this jacket and the Marmot Bastione? Is one warmer than the other?

The Marmot Bastione Component Jacket and Gorge Component are both about the same in warmth. The only real difference is that the Gorge Component is more ski oriented it has a powder skirt and a few more pockets. Other than that they are very warm similar jackets. Thanks!
