This bag is rated to 15 Fahrenheit. This is the lower limit rating, so it is realistically a 20-30 degree bag if you sleep cold.

The Max user height in the regular is 6 feet so you should fit with room to spare

I would go with a long, it will be way more comfortable. Regulars usually run comfortably at 6'0'' mark. Thanks

It is 875 for spring 14 season, sorry for the confusion.

We will have an updated Plasma 15 sleeping bag regular size the middle of January. But, we cannot get those in until then. The shipping charges will be the same to Taiwan, please refer to out international shipping page....
