The side water bottle pocket looks pretty small, what size water bottle will fit ? And is it secure that bottle don't fall out easy ? Second question, without the sternum strap is the backpack stay on shoulder good or easy to slide ?

They can fit most large water bottles such as Nalgene's. They are not secure when the pack's compression straps are tightened up with bigger/taller bottles. There have been no reported issues without a sternum strap. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I know it is waterproof. I want to know it could contain wet stuff inside as dry bag for a while. Is it seam seal inside?

yes it is waterproof so it will keep items dry on rainy days
