The alpine light down jacket is not quite as warm as a stand alone piece, but is still 800 fill down and is an excellent piece to layer under. Reviews show that the Alpine Light Down works well for them in temperatures in the teens with just a light layer underneath. At this point, we don't have the Frost Smoke Down Parka coming in, however, if you would like to make a special order, you can contact our customer service team and they would love to help you out!

The two are very similar, but the alpine light has a little less insulation. If you would like to give us a call at 877-883-6276 we can look into placing a special order for the jacket that you want.
