Yes, it packs down quite well. It's made from Down insulation and down is light and packable.

The best way to find your size will be to look at the sizing chart, found on the product page. You will need your chest and waist measurements.

The center back length of this jacket is about 20 inches in size small.

How long is it in size M?

The Montane Jacket measures 23 inches in the sleeve from the arm-pit to the wrist cuff. It measures 31 inches on the back from the seam on the neck to the waist hem. These measurments were taken with the jacket flat, not on a person.
