I just had a gentleman in my office try on a helmet and this jacket and it fit underneath the hood just fine, as for the pocket it does not stuff into its own pocket. It does not come with a stuff sack, but it stuffs down fairly small and you could find a stuff sack that it could stuff into. Thanks.
