Yes, the Phantom o is a bit bulkier, weighing 2 lbs, 9 oz. The Phantom 15 weighs 2 lbs, 1 oz. They're both pretty much the same otherwise; same down fill (800), etc.

The phantom 0 has a stuff size of 8 in / 20 cm, whereas the phantom 15 bag Is 7 in 18 cm packed. The phantom 0 I'd definitely not huge in comparison, but obviously makes a difference in warmth.
