Does it have one long zipper(3/4 length) and one short zipper? or same length zipper?

There are actually dual full length zippers (between 6 ft and 6ft 6 in) on this product, as well as a inner zippered pocket for storage. be advised that snagging has been a problem for some customers with this dual zipper design. Thanks

Is the shoulder width very tight? I want to purchase this bag for a person who is about 30 to 40 pounds overweight.
