Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Here is the contents: 4 Pouches - Rice & Chicken (3 servings per pouch), 4 Pouches - Chili Mac with Beef (2.5 servings per pouch), and 4 Pouches - Spaghetti with Meat Sauce (2.5 servings per pouch).

How long can it last for one person

The pouches are marked as 2 person servings. You could eat 2 a day and be just fine (1 if you were really working to conserve). This would last you 6 days at that rate. The pouches themselves are good up to 7 years under the right circumstances (cool temperatures, etc.).

Couple questions...why would anyone post a review for food that they've never eaten? And who in their right mind thinks $20/day for food is a good deal? My search for decent priced decent quality dehydrated camping food continues...
