Mike, thanks for your input. We do strive to include both standard and metric measurements, though metric is generally accepted as the norm. Keep in mind that 1 liter equates to 32 ounces or 1 quart of volume (a Nalgene bottle for example). Most volume calculations on our site translate from liters to cubic inches, but this does not really apply in this case. Choosing just the right conversion can be difficult when it comes to using cups, ounces, quarts, or gallons. This is where metric exceeds. At any rate, we'll look into more effective volume reporting. The 1.5 liter pot will translate to about 0.4 gallons and 1.5 liters to about 0.7 gallons. Dimensions are 4.5 inches tall by a 7.5 inch diameter.
