The large NeoAir pad is 25 inches wide. Max width on this tent is 46. With a combined 50 inch width, it would be difficult to fit them side by side. You could fit a large and a regular (20 inch width).

The large size Therm-a-Rest NeoAir pads are 25" x 77". The inside floor space of the tent is 46" x 84". It would be plenty long enough for the pads, but not quite wide enough for both to fit without overlapping.
