The Crux w/Terra Weekend HE Cook Set has a larger cooking pot(0.95 L) and the pot also has a heat exchanger. The stove is also a little heavier than the Crux Lite.

The Crux Lite w/Terra Solo Cook Set has a smaller cooking pot(0.6 L) which has no heat exchanger. The Crux Lite weighs less than the normal Crux Stove.

The Optimus Crux Weekend HE Cook System combines the Crux stove and Weekend HE Cook Set. The Crux Lite w/Terra Solo Cook Set combines the Crux stove and the Solo Cook Set. The Solo Cook set comes with a 0.6 L saucepan. The Weekend Cook Set comes with a 0.95 L saucepan. The main difference between the 2 sets is the size of the saucepan in the cook set.
