I'm 5'9 160 lbs. having broad shoulders I often find the jacket arms not long enough. my question is weather these down sweaters run to the small or large in a medium? which size would be better medium or large? thanks,Dave — 2 Answers

I have come to find if you have longer arms, I would go with the bigger size just to be on the safe side. Or I would go with a European company who caters towards longer arms in general, try the Rab Micolight Alpine Jacket. Exact same as the Patagonia Down Sweater, but will have longer arms. Thanks

The large features a sleeve length of 35-36 inches and the medium is 34-35 inches.
