I would go with the Nano puff, it is synthetic so they run a little bit warmer. The Down sweater is described as being good for chilly environments, and suffers poor performance in wet environments, while the nano puff sweater is rated as good for "cold" environments and is good for all climates.

The Nano Puff sweater will be warmer vs the Down sweater. The Down sweater is described as being good for chilly environments, and suffers poor performance in wet environments, while the nano puff sweater is rated as good for "cold" environments and is good for all climates. The nano puff is also windproof and water resistant whereas the down is neither.
