I am assuming that the "clean" bag is included in this price, yes? I dont see it displayed in the promo

The clean bag is not included in this product as it is a bottle kit, so it attaches to your bottle for the "clean" water. We do carry the 2L and 4L filter kit that includes the clean reservoir.

Does this item come with both ends of the quick disconnect?

Thanks for your question, Doreen. That item only comes with the "dirty" reservoir (which can be connected to your platypus hose). It does not come with a hose that has the ability to attache to the dirty and clean reservoirs.
