Does this stove (P-350121) still include a fuel adapter? Since it is used in Japan, it cannot be used without an adapter.

Could you please confirm if this burner stove could use the typical screw type isobutane/butane canister?

Thank you for your reply. Regarding the adapter, in Japan it is gas for OD cans, so an adapter that meets the standard is required.
