you would be a large. There is an employee here your size and that is what he wears in his rab jacket

The Rab website has specific size measurements for their products. You can measure your chest and sleeve size to determine the proper jacket size for you. For example, you are concerned about your arms. The web site directs you to measure the sleeve length from center of the back of your neck to the cuff and then use the Rab chart to determine the correct size for you. http://us.rab.uk.com/help-advice/size-guide.html

no, it does not have any internal pockets. Just the two handwarmer pockets on the outside
