No, the Microlight Alpine Jacket isn't waterproof.
It is a rosey pink, it is really quite cute. So in other words it is both reddish pink. Thanks
This coat is made from P.U.R.E recycled hydrophobic down. Rab states that "the jacket’s ethical credentials are now equally sound." However, it does seem that it is not vegan.
Hello Teri, Yes select size and color way before purchase.
Thank you for your question!
This jacket does feature a draw-cord hem
Great Question. Rab does not put an actual temperature rating on this jacket. However, knowing the construction and from personal use, I consider this a jacket something i'd where above 35 F. It's not a heavy winter coat which makes it a very versatile jacket that can be used much more. It's light and packable and also works well as a layer. Great for fall, spring and winters where it's more moderate or when the temperatures are above freezing. It's fall here in Utah as I write this and between 35F in the morning and 60F degrees in the afternoon and i'm wearing this everyday. Also great for backpacking because it packs down small. I love it....
You can view the sleeve length under the sizing chart (See the Help docs on the item page). Most customers find that the rab arms run slightly longer than other brands.
This jacket in size medium has about a 24 inch back length. The Patagonia Ultralight Down Jacket has about a 26 inch back length if that interests you.
I went out and measured the arm lengths of each of the sizes! Hopefully this helps you out!
Small (10) - 22 in
Medium (12) - 23 in
Large (14) - 24 in
X-Large (16) - 26 in
this jacket is designed for temperatures down to 30 degrees. You would wear this instead of a heavy fleece but It is not a coat. You could where this under a shell as a layering piece.
