This lists only one internal zip pocket. Does it have the large non-zip dump pockets that large puffies usually have for water bottles or gloves?

The only pockets included with the Neutrino Endurance Jacket are 2 hand warmer pockets with YKK water resistant zips and 1 internal security pocket.

Is this good for 7000m mountaineering? What size should I get if I'm 163cm and 53kg?

We would probably recommend a different jacket for 7000m mountaineering. None of the Rab jackets are currently rated for that altitude of climbing. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Can you describe what the red looks like. It appears blindingly red in the photo. I'm wondering if it might be a little more subdued in real life.

In real life, it is slightly more subdued than the photo, but it is definitely a bright red.

The shine will most likely stay. It gets shiny because of the way they process the fabric to make it waterproof.

What temperature is it design for? I need a jacket for norwegian winters, where -20/-25ºC is common.

This is an incredibly warm jacket made for harsh weather conditions. It should work for you in those temperatures.
