Can this sack also be used for a sleeping bag? If so, what are the dimensions? Thanks.

This will depend upon the size of your sleeping bag. A 10 to 15 degree down bag will generally fit nicely into a 12 liter stuff sack. A down bag with a higher temp rating (and lower fill) may fit into a stuff sack smaller than 12 liters, but 6.5 liters might be pushing it. Dimensions will be 6.5 (diameter) x 13 in (length).
