Does the Soto Windmaster include a storage case? And if it does, is it a hard case or a soft case?

The stove includes a nylon bag for storage.

how well would it work with the four way pot holder for larger pots(4 people)or would the MSR dragonfly be a better choice.

This would work well with smaller pots (1-2 people). The dragonfly would be a great option for larger groups.

Can The Soto OD-1RX stove use 20% coupons? I use all coupons you give me, but the price was no change.

The instruction manual does list that a carrying case is included with the OD-1RX WindMaster Stove.
