The whistle is made of only quality titanium material. It also only weighs 1/10 of a ounce so you forget your even wearing it.

The Titanium whistle is machined so that there is no plastic piece inside.

The chest measures 26" from armpit to armpit on the Yukon JR Classic Parka. Keep in mind this is a flat measurement (not on a person).
