Super light and super loud

You really gotta blow hard but it is suuuuper loud. I think it'll scare off critters and bears. When I wore it, it didn't even feel like I was wearing anything because how of how light it is. I can wear this on a daily basis during night time in the city and hiking/backpacking.

loud and light

I admit that I like good-looking little gadgets, which is at least partly why I bought this. It's cooler looking than a typical whistle, but it's also functionally great. It is compact, virtually weightless, rustproof and very loud. I tie it on my backpack strap so that if I were to fall and get hurt with my pack on I could reach it easily.

Whistle blower,yes!

Now I know most backpacks come equipped with a distress whistle on them,but we aren't always carrying our pack,are we?The Vargo titanium whistle comes with a light neck lanyard,which you'll most likely be wearing day and night,it's that light and convenient.
