It says the rating is 35 degrees. Is it not a 25 degree bag?

Great question! This is a 25 degree bag not a 35 degree bag.

How wide a sleeping pad would I need to keep off the tent floor? Would it be 1/2 of the Shoulder girth of 64 inches?

Yes, if you wanted to keep it off the ground you would need a 30 inch pad.

When referring to right and left zipper does this mean right as you are looking at it on the page from your computer or right as if you were laying on your back in this sleeping bag?

The zip side refers to when you are laying in the sleeping bag, which side it is on. Most people prefer to reach across instead of having the zip on their dominant hand side.

Wondering if this bag can be overstuffed to make it alittle warmer as the dimentions are what I am looking for but like a 15 f bag

I don’t believe the bag can be overstuffed but there multiple different liners that could be used which would raise (or, lower, rather) the comfort threshold to 12-15 deg. I am like you in that I really like the dimensions of this bag; I am a side sleeper AND have wide shoulders. But ideally I would have a 0deg bag. I can’t find one even remotely close to the 62/68/49 that this has.
