Hi listed is US size 9.25, a little unusual. do you know what european size this is in this boot ?

The EU size in this case is a 43H and it is not used very often. Unfortunately not every EU size converts to the same US size, so sometimes there is a size that is not typical in a US shoe. This is why we post the size conversion chart provided by each brand rather than using a universal size chart.

I wear euro 42 in size, should I go with size 8 or size 8.5? thx

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately euro sizes vary from brand to brand. You may want to compare which brand you usually wear a 42 in and compare it to Zamberlan sizes for the best fit.

Zamberlan's EU 42 converts to a US 8. I would recommend getting the size 8 based on the info I have for you. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.

I wear an mens 11b width can anyone tell me how the width tends to run on these zamberlan trekker boot.

Zamberlan's width is pretty standard with other brands out there. The width of a US size 10-11 insole runs around 10 cm.
