The Women's 996 Vioz GT boot is not made in a wide version. All Zamberlan women's boots are built on a specific last and none are wide. Specific fit to your foot will have to be done in person.

These boots are made in the USA so are very true to Women's US sizes, though they tend to be on the narrower side.

No, unfortunately these boots do not come in a wide size. Also, after reading the reviews one person with wide feet was disappointed with the size.

In the US Women's 8.5 it would be 1.4 lbs per boot, so 2.8 lbs for the pair. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I'm a guy and I normally wear size 39.5 to 40 men size. I can't get these in anything < size 42 for the men's version of these boots. I have short and wide feet too. Can you advise on what size is the equivalent to Eu 40 for the ladies version. Are these slippery on wet/ice/snow

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately EU sizes very from brand to brand, so for now I'm assuming that you would wear a men's 7-7.5 US in a wide width. The Women's 996 Vioz GT Boot is built on a women's specific last making it more narrow than the men's version so even after converting the size I don't think this boot would be the best for you. Unfortunately Zamberlan does not make a men's shoe below a 41, but I did put together a list of other boots that come in wide and the length you need. We would need to special order in the boot for you in most cases, so if you like any of the following suggestions please call our customer service at 1-877-883-6276 to set up an order.
