Product itself is exactly what I was looking for, for hardcore hiking: not heavy, great arch and ankle support, absolutely waterproof, excellent traction, good-looking
Buy your size for right fit
Took 2 months however before they arrived

Decided to give these a try after my Asolo boots that I love fell apart. The sole separated from the boot while I was out in the woods. Luckily I was not far from the car. I will never buy another pair from that company. After I received these I put my foot in and was amazed immediately at the comfort. Being a senior with arthritis and other foot issues the boots from this company are comfortable, supportive and makes hiking through uneven rocky and downright difficult terrain easier. Well worth the price.
Pros:
- Comfort, support, ease of getting in and out of.
Best Used for:
- Walking through uneven terrain with great ankle support.

I just purchased my second pair of these boots. I expect them to have all the great qualifies of my current pair, which has served me for years. My feet are never wet even after I cross streams or walk in a drenching rain. I never get blisters or have sore feet. The boots give me great stability. I bless them at the end of every long hike

This is the third time I've bought Zamberlan boots and they're the best hiking boots I've ever owned. I'm pretty hard on my boots - a lot of miles of off-trail hiking in rugged terrain and these boots stand up to that use. Other boots I've owned will start falling apart after a few months of this, the last pair of Zamberlans I had lasted 3 years of heavy use! On top of that, they're very comfortable and I've never had blisters, even when breaking in a new pair. The Gore-tex lining also keeps your feet dry. These boots are expensive but worth the money if you hike or backpack a lot, especially on rough terrain.

Bought these for my girlfriend. I've owned many pairs of Zamberlan boots, and have no reason to break the trend. She loves them, and was very impressed by their feel and quality.

i am totally in love with my new Zamberlin boots. I've been doing 3-4 mile hikes in preparation for backpacking up HalfDome and they have totally exceeded my expectations. Not only are they comfortable right out of the box, they are a dream to hike in--no toe hitting the end, excellent fit in the heel, wonderfully supportive and all of this in a lightweight, leather boot!
CampSaver did a great job of getting these boots to me in record time. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am so happy with these boots. Have just trekked for 11 days in the Himalayas on steep and rocky terrain, these boots kept my footing secure with the ankle support and traction, and were just so comfortable. New they are very rigid but didn't take much wearing in, and the rocker action provided by the shape of the sole makes very easy walking. Relatively warm for a short duration standing around in negative degrees and certainly warm enough if you're on the move. Can't attest to waterproof-ness as we had wonderful weather, but i did step deep into a river accidentally and I can say that these shoes still go great when saturated! Perfectly comfortable and lightweight while wearing them walking all day whether on rough tracks or city streets. They're one of the more expensive boots out there but are absolutely worth it, i couldn't be happier with these shoes - good going Zamberlan!

Just received my order from Campsaver including these Zamberlan 996 Vioz boots. I'm very happy with the contact, shipping tracking and service from Campsaver. Correct order, on time, with free gifts and samples too! These boots feel wonderful... i'm yet to try them trekking, but on first inspection they meet the absolute top quality and comfort that i was expecting :)

Comfortable and good support. Silly thing, but the shoelaces are not the best kind. Get undone even when double-knotted. The toe leather needs better protection. After one six hours hike in Northern Arizona, the boots have an appearance of being ready to be replaced. Actually, the toe leather dye started rubbing out from my driving in the boots to work when I was still breaking them in. It is a n
