The Rab Neo Guide Pants are waterproof and very breathable. These pants are mid-weight 3/4 zip pants using a mix of heavy and mid-weight Polartec Neoshell fabric with stretch, for active use in challenging variable conditions.

I am actually returning these so I haven't worn them outside, but there aren't any good pictures of the cuffs of these pants out there so I wanted to just put this info out there:

I love the pants, and they are everything I was told they would be. My only cringe about them is that when you walk, there is a perpetual swooshing sound made from the fabric which COULD annoy other hikers you are with after a while.
