Baggy cuffs not suitable for climbing... maybe fine for skiing though.

Rab Neo Guide Pants - Men's
I am actually returning these so I haven't worn them outside, but there aren't any good pictures of the cuffs of these pants out there so I wanted to just put this info out there:
The cuffs are rather baggy. I was hoping to use this bib for ice and alpine climbing and I wanted a snug trim lower leg. These pants are not close fitting in the lower leg. The cuff cinch cord is kinda annoying to use and doesn't really condense the ankle much. The internal gaiter is a very light weight fabric and seems to hug the boot nicely. I don't think snow would get in but I just don't like how baggy they are around the ankle.
Otherwise I really liked the pants. The fabric moves very nicely and feels tough but supple. Suspenders feel a little cheap like the elastic would fatigue after a season or two but that's pure speculation. Side zips go almost all the way to the hip.

Arc'teryx Theta SV Bib - Men's
I am actually returning these so I haven't worn them outside, but I wanted to put two pieces of info out there for those not able to try them on:
1. The cuffs are rather baggy. I was hoping to use this bib for ice and alpine climbing and I wanted a snug trim lower leg. That is not this bib. The cuff cinch cord is kinda annoying to use and doesn't really condense the ankle much.
2. The pockets in the bib are laughably small. I don't know why they bother. We're talking credit card and ID. It would be tight to put much else in there. You could fit a lip balm but there isn't much volume because of the trim fit so it would be a weird bump and probably uncomfortable.
As far as everything else, the fabric feels really nice and everything feels really premium. The bib comes up quite high and fits very close up top. I'm 5'6" 155 lbs with a muscular trim build and found the fit quite reasonable. I wouldn't try to do much top layering under the bib. The legs were plenty baggy to allow thick layers though. I found the inseam to be only slightly longer than I needed but certainly didn't drag with boots and would be just right with a harness. I imagine that if I were thin and tall (inseam over 34") and ordered a small it might be too short.
