This is my second pair of Terrex Swift GTX and they're a perfect hiker. Light, durable as can be, waterproof and warm, outstanding grip in all conditions. My first pair has lasted four years and travelled over 8,900 kilometres of hiking. I have four other pairs of Terrex shoes and my wife has five pairs as well. We love the look, fit, and performance of them all.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find that these are exactly what I'd hope to get upon research. They are rugged, grippy, look great & even have a slick lace holder for the speed lace system. Very comfy out of the box too. I wanted something gore-tex to wear to work on sloppy/snowy days that has good support & will last. These look to fit that bill.

These shoes are fantastic. They are exactly what I expected from ADIDAS to provide for a hiking shoes. They are waterproof with goretex, and very breathable which is perfect for long hikes. The lace system is fantastic. Firs time I've had laces like this and simple to work with provided you look at the instruction. It's visual instruction so it makes it very easy to understand.

I have been wearing the Soloman brand for such a long time. I bought these to see what the difference would be. The waterproofing was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoy the fit. The price was also within my budget. Thank you!!

I was not familiar with this site when I was looking for the shoes i was wanting. I ordered them and unfortunately they were on back order. I called and they were very adamant that they would do everything they could to get me another pair. We were able to find another color and they even expedited shipping. Awesome custome service.

I went in search of some Adidas Outdoor Terrex Swift R2 GTX shoes after learning that disc golf's Paul McBeth endorsed them (the previous version) for a few years. I'd been wearing foam sole Cushe shoes for a whlie and while they feel like slippers in comfort, they have have little traction on the trails or slopes I frequent in disc golf. I knew i wanted something with traction and more protection from toe stubs on stumps, etc, but without looking too much like an over technical "dad shoe". The Swift R2 GTX does this perfectly. The quick lacing system is icing on the cake, as i'm a fan of easy on, easy off shoes. The first days with my shoes my feet did have an adjustment period getting used to the stiffness, and i realized for my foot and ankle bone I preferred to remove the laces from the top holes, and after that the comfort was really good. I haven't worn them in the water yet except for morning dew which they resisted excellently, so the glory of the GoreTex will shine another day. Excellent hiking shoe. I walk three hours a day with my K-9, I need proper foot ware . these pair are, believe it or not , the seventh pair I've bought in the last three years., i recommend these hiking shoes.
