Excellent and Nutritious!

Tastes great, low sodium, a bonus for these long term pouches! Yummy :) lots of calories, too. Has calcium, vitamin c, low saturated fats, great for variety for breakfast, includes milk right in package, well rounded breakfast item, or a good snack. Doesn't require much water , 8 ozs...received package with good pack date, easy to store, excellent cost per calorie, as well.
Best Used for:
  • Long term food storage, great breakfast item for variety, has milk, too!

Great cereal, not the lightest for backpacking but I eat the heavier stuff early on in the trip. Really great tasting though, I could eat this a few times a week!!
