I bought this bag to double as a day pack and small climbing bag with the hopes of also using it for travel. Here are the pros and cons I have seen so far...
Pros:
- Long zipper provides easy access.
- Plethora of gear loops and straps
- Water bottle pockets fit a Nalgene
- Hook strap cinches the bag to prevent the contents from shifting
- Key clip in the accessory pocket
- Flexible hydration system setup
- Very water resistant, I didn't even need to use the included rain cover and all of my stuff remained dry
Cons:
- The torso is a little too long for me (5'6"), it didn't sit well no matter how much I adjusted the shoulder and hip straps
- The adjustment straps are long... obnoxiously long
- For a 25L pack it's really heavy and not packable for travel
- Back panel doesn't provide good ventilation
- While big enough for a Nalgene, the water bottle pockets are a little loose for anything slimmer
Minor Annoyances
- The accessory pocket is oddly shaped and too small to be very practical
- The adjustment buckles weren't smooth with the pack on
- The shape of the pack didn't allow for wider items
Overall I think it's a decent pack with some great features, just not a remarkable pack.
