Deflated on first use

Got product in mail, took the product out of the bag, used the built-in foam pump to inflate to test it out (which in itself was much more difficult to use than other built in pumps I've used, and required a lot of effort), and it deflated in just a few hours. Returning. Very disappointing and hope it's just a dud, but I dont have much experience with this brand's other products to vouch for.
