Alps meramac 6 person tent review - ALPS Mountaineering Meramac 6 Tent - 6 Person, 3 Season

The last tent I bought new was North Face Tadpole.
I also have a Mountain Hardware sleeping bag received as a gift.
Those items are old, but still have use left in them.

Alps Meramac is the first new camping item I have bought in many years.

Love !

It is so clean, no funny smell of paint or plastic.

I was nervous about set up , another site had comments saying it was hard to set up.

Put down a GOOD tarp, take off your shoes, Open both doors first , follow instructions on the tent bag.

Super easy, and there was some wind the first time I set it up in backyard.

The tent feels even bigger than it is , lying inside the tent there's full view of the outside from so many angles.

I was totally prepared to send this tent back if the quality did not meet my expectations.

I am keeping it !!! Love.

I sew, and I went over EVERY stitch on this tent looking for problems. its perfect.

Seems like it was made with pride in China.

I paid quite a bit more for the tent than advertised here, but I still feel like its worth every penny.
