Reviews & Ratings for ALPS Mountaineering Morada 4 Dark Clay/Rust Tent
— 3 reviews — Page 1
You have to give ALPS credit when they designed this tent. Yes, it does not have alot of mesh but when you're in the northern part of the states and in Canada, the fabric sides really do keep you warmer. Tent was very easy to set up and the extra cross pole made a world of difference inside the tent - so much more head room - made the tent 'spacious'!. Another big plus is that it's relatively ligh

We were in Cape Cod the week of 7/22-7/26, 2019 when 2 tournados touched down approx.5 miles from where we were camped. High winds is putting it mildly. Driving rain.the Morada stoodfast. Shrugged off everything. Dry as a bone inside even when we saw other tents failing. Very pleased. Tight for 4. But doable in a pinch.
Best Used for:
Car camping. Backpacking if split up

Took this tent out backpacking with my two young sons in the Uinta Mountains of Utah two days after it arrived. Tent was sturdy, had plenty of room for all three of us. Very pleased with the amount of room the vestibules had on each side. Loved the vestibule design that allows you to stake one half of the vestibule so half of it remains while in tact while entering or exiting.
Not the lightest tent for its size, but very light compared to others in this price range that we looked at.
Would definitely recommend!
