Solid lightweight stool
I got this as a gift for my ski partner, who had been talking about how nice it would be to have a little stool in the back of the truck to sit on while changing boots at the trailhead. It fits the bill: lightweight, stable even on uneven ground, collapsible, and inexpensive. He's very happy with it.

Great backpacking chair
Great price and good quality and I think it will be great for backpacking. Lightweight too. Good shipping and it even comes with its own chair cover. my son plans on using it for boy scouts for backpacking some of the pinhoti trail

Alps mountaineering tri leg stool
Got on sale cheap. These are nice and seem sturdy. Have only used in yard so far, but will take to events. I think that these will do the job. They are very portable and lightweight. The materials seem to be quality, and we can see no flaws.
