Had to go up a half size. Zero drop is the way to go. Keeps your Achilles and calf muscles stretched out and less pressure on your fore foot and metatarsal arch. Also the wide toe box allows your feet to do what's natural. I've always had trouble with sock seams rubbing blisters on my toes in other shoes--it's cause the toes are cramped in a more "traditional" shoe. The 3.0 has a slightly smaller toe box than the 2.5 and that's why I sized up. Great cushioning yet still provides plenty of stability. Grippy soles. I have double knee replacements and these shoes allow me to get back on the trail hiking and running!
