Comfort and preformance

These are some amazing shoes. I have had a few pairs of Altra now and these are one of my favorite recovery day shoes. The support system is good for a beginner runner moving up in longer runs. The mid sole is the perfect amount of cushion. It’s a very breathable flexy shoe. I love the toe box Altra has designed for all their shoes cause I have a wide foot. The insole in this shoe should be in every shoe. It’s like a foot massage at first, once you begin to run you don’t notice it. I love these shoes.
