Great shoe for those who like 0-drop/minimalist type shoe. This is my second pair of Altras and I think they are improving as a new company.These are for trail running and not as much cushioning as the Instinct but more stable and closer to the ground.I have not decided yet wheather to cut off the rudder on the heel but it seems to do no harm, however I wonder about it's purpose.
