Reviews & Ratings for Arc'teryx Atom LT Pant - Men's
— 5 reviews — Page 1
most of the arcteryx ski pants or bibs don't come with insulation, base layer is not enough some days so u definitely need an insulation pants in between base layer and the hard shell and this particular one is the best one u can find out there, trust me I did my research very well

Atom LT Pant is ver breathable even on the naked skin. The length is much for my short leg which means 31 inches.. I know it is minimal over pants though I expected that pocket is required. And also waist is a little bit wider for me so it is the best if the adjustment is there.
Pros:
Comfortable
Cons:
Wider hem
Would recommend: Yes

As someone commented that this pants length is short. This is fit for me that I usually order short length pants. The hemline is wide than my expectation but it has pleasant feel and also it is very comfortable. I will be able to use it over the pants as well as on the skin.

The pants fit a nice niche. I have been looking for something to wear under a hard shell at high altitudes in cold and windy environments. While above treeline on a cold day I brought these out and they easily fit over my base layer and provided much needed insulation that allowed a summit. That was the only time I got to use them, but I have brought them on my journeys every time as they pack down well and allow me not to take my heavy down pants. I would be hesitant to wear them as an outer layer as the outside fabric does not seem like it would hold up to rocks or tree branches. The fit is a little trim (which is what I want in a mid layer) and the easy of putting on and taking off is outstanding with the zippers.
Pros:
Pack Down Well
warm but not too bulky
fit is great
Cons:
Expensive
Best Used for:
mid layer
Would recommend: Yes
