Slylish and useful backpack. It’d be really hard not to like the Arc’teryx Bora AR 50. It’s got the looks, performance, top materials and immaculate craftsmanship. Sure, it’s also seriously expensive, but what you get is arguably the best 50L multi-mission alpine pack available today, at least in my opinion.

Initial impressions: I recently purchased and used on a 20 mile multi-day traverse in White Mountains of New Hampshire carrying load of ~25 lbs and I barely noticed the pack was there. Very comfortable and easy to adjust fit. Everything stayed dry in rain with 30 mph gusting winds. My torso is around 20 inches long (height 5'11''), waist is 30 inches and Regular was good fit. Picked up on sale with additional 10% discount...still was expensive (all the Arcteryx gear is), but well worth it.
