Good combination pant
If your a fan of the heavy pants(carhart) but prefer qualities of less weight, more stretch, more comfort than these are great. One of the best combo pants I have tried that offers work durability with athletic outdoor attributes.

solid construction in a lightweight material
these pants feel very well made and can probably last a lifetime. oddly enough, they are very light; this is a good thing that it does not seem to hinder mobility at all. it has quite a relaxed/baggy straight cut all the way from the thigh to the ankle. if you are not a fan of a loose/relaxed fit, these pants may not be for you. be wary that these pants in 30 fit much looser at the waist than other arcteryx pants (eg rampart/palisade) which have a more true fit at the waist. if you are a size 29 waist, you are better off ordering a size 28 Cronin pants.

Too baggy
The material and construction are first rate but I wish the legs were at least slightly tapered. These pants are very baggy at the ankle. Otherwise 5 stars.
