Great Mid-Layer
This jacket is great. Very warm as a mid-layer, very breathable!! It is durable, comfortable and stylish. It is definitely a 5-star garment, the only thing that I don't like is the sleeves are pretty tight, so it is not comfortable to wear a long sleeve base-layer... I ended up getting a short sleeve Arcteryx Motus as a base-layer and it is all good.

Warm and versatile
I am 6'1" and weigh 168 lbs. the medium fits perfectly. Material is soft and very warm. I've used it as a stand alone piece or over a base layer. I can always adda shell in colder windy conditions. Very versatile. Love it

Arc'Teryx Delta AR Zip
Very good warmth to weight ratio. I'd suggest dropping down one size of you are using it as a mid layer. It run a little large. Since it's very warm, I wish it had a full zip to regulate the temperature during strenuous activity. Not sure if it's offered in a full zip. Mines green and it's a very nice color.
