I'm 5'7 about 165lbs and bought a Small..... fits perfectly with just a slight bulkiness in the shoulder and waist section.

Really like how warm it was when I put it on with just a T-shirt underneath. I think the closer/direct contact with your skin makes it even more effective than having an additional layer (Arcteryx Atom LT, which made the overall temperature bearable vs hotter). But that's just me. Either ways I would highly recommend this for cold winters here in NY. With regards to the style, I think it looks great as a casual urban style as well as a slightly more smart look( Although some might argue that it is on the baggier side). Overall I would highly recommend this for cold winters here in NY.
