This is a nice jacket, but the fabric attracts dog hair like a magnet. Not like most arc shells, which repel everything like Teflon. Returned for that reason. 5’7”, 145 pounds, small is a good fit, but slightly big in mid section.

Very good jacket

This arcteryx jacket is very warm. I like it very much. As it is a city design so I can wear it to my office. The surface is goretex material so it is water resistance. The service of camp saver is very good too. The shipping is very fast.

It's fine except for a little hair

I have a lot of Arcteryx clothes. The new model has a little improvement on sticky hair. It would be nice if it was improved again. The version is very good and it is super cool to wear. If you want to keep your clothes warm, you can buy 19717.

The only drawback of this dress is that it is a little sticky, which is not much better than the old model 12888. But still beautiful. warm, great quality and stylish

Great quality winter jacket. Perfect for a walk both in the city and in the nature. Warm hood stays on even when very windy and the jacket is breathable enough to do small hikes in the winter. It is not a slim fit but looks good even on a slim person. Dark color is very nice (something between black, gray and brown) but it easily attracts hair so if you have a dog/cat with light hair you will quickly see it on your coat. It looks stylish and the jacket is very practical (waterproof, windproof), it is a combo of a stylish coat with a technical jacket.

Good Alternative to Overcoat

I purchased this parka to wear to office as an alternative to overcoat during rainy or snowy days. The jacket looks nice and sleek except for the hood. I wore the jacket a couple of times while raining. The goretex did a good job of keeping me dry. I felt comfortable at 40 degrees without other layer over my shirt. The jacket shell feels crunchy compared to wool or polyester. The hood is quite large, and no matter how I tried to fix it, it looked awkward sticking at my back. Wearing the hood, the rain gets through the collar hood to my chest. The jacket seems to be very durable and I hope I could use it for many years.

Therme Parka - Men's Size S

I'm 5'7 about 165lbs and bought a Small..... fits perfectly with just a slight bulkiness in the shoulder and waist section.

Really like how warm it was when I put it on with just a T-shirt underneath. I think the closer/direct contact with your skin makes it even more effective than having an additional layer (Arcteryx Atom LT, which made the overall temperature bearable vs hotter). But that's just me. Either ways I would highly recommend this for cold winters here in NY. With regards to the style, I think it looks great as a casual urban style as well as a slightly more smart look( Although some might argue that it is on the baggier side). Overall I would highly recommend this for cold winters here in NY.
