Good cotton but bad washing shrinkage

Uneven shrinkage on the bottom and downer side of the shirt, look like it had been washed for 20 times, need improvement on the quality control, good cotton though, feeling smooth, overall I am still dissatisfied for my first arc’teryx product, could be so much better.

Size

Ordered the large for a friend. It ran smaller than the other tshirts he buys, and had to exchange it for an extra large. He said the size bigger fits perfect. The store is only about a 45 min drive away, so he exchanged it there and they were easy going about it.
