Best Daypack
I needed something bigger than 20L for a daypack. This one is perfect. No frills, easy to load and remove. Couple small compartments and love the side zippers for water bottles and small items. Construction is great and seems durable. Love the extra grab handles for carrying like luggage. Looking forward to travels and adventures with this one.
Would recommend: Yes
Good, not great.
The Good:
Hauled my gear on a four day trip through Texas. Probably walked a little over 6miles between hotels, etc.
Qualified as a "personal item", so I could have brought an additional carry on onto the plane if I wanted
The funky zipper made getting at my gear simple, no matter where in the bag it was.
The bad:
For a 25L bag, the shoulder straps could be a bit thicker, as it can be packed pretty full.
The drawback of the funky zipper is that when you put things in the top pocket, they want to flop around.
And the biggest draw back: it NEEDS compression straps on the side. When you aren't packing it to capacity, it the items bulk out and bounce around. In short, it doesn't really work all that well unless you intend on stuffing it full every time you use it.
There are better and cheaper options out there.
