This is a harness for climbing. It weighs 340g. It's so light.I think Arcteryx's products are very good..The product quality of Arcteryx is very good. I climb about four days a week. I like this harness very much.

I'm actually a canyoneering guy and went away from the adjustable leg loops and tougher material to buying this lightweight and most comfortable harness that I've used including blackdiamond, petzl, singing rock etc.
This harness doesn't have the big bulky padding on the waist belt nor on the leg loops yet the way it distributes your weight, pressure points are alleviated. I'm sitting around 240lbs with my pack and it's comfortable. I've gone 200ft raps with complete comfort. I've gone swimming through potholes and then ascended a rope with this and then back down the rope and through the narrow canyons from bridging, stemming, downclimbing etc and I really don't even notice it on. I'm loving it so much though that I try to protect it by not sliding on the rocks too much. So I can say, it's lasted 1 year so far and it'll go another 3 at this rate.
The gear loops are nice and solid. It makes for attaching and unattaching equipment quick and seamless. I bought it this a year ago for $65.00 at campsaver and the guy said I got a great deal. I've not seem them come down in price since.
Pros:
Comfortable
durable
Light
Fit and comfort
adjustable
gear loops
technology
Cons:
Expensive
Best Used for:
anything so far

Great harness, very light and very comfortable. It is expensive, but Campsaver had a %20 discount so if you can afford it, it is definitely worth the extra money.
